These are our standard terms and conditions governing how we process your purchases of FORME DE FLUIDITÉ products placed online at www.forme-de-fluidite.com .

Prices, shipping costs, taxes & duties

  • The prices are shown in US dollars.

  • We offer international express shipments on all orders. Free world-wide shipment for orders over US$250. For international orders below this value, we charge US$15 for Asia and US$30 for the rest of the world.

  • The stated prices on our website are exclusive of shipping and any local taxes or duties in the place of delivery.

  • Please note that recipients are responsible for taxes & duties. For orders to China, Japan and South Korea, taxes & duties can be paid upfront at checkout. For other destinations, taxes & duties and all associated fees (if any) will be charged directly to you by courier company.

Shipment

  • After you have placed your order, it will take us around 3 days to process and we will then ship to you.  Once your order leaves our studio our estimated times for shipping are:

    Local Delivery: 1-2 days

    Mainland China: 2-3 days

    Rest of the world: 5-7 days

  • The delivery window for pre-order items is shown in the description on our website.

Return & Refunds

  • For full price items, if you would like to exchange or return your order for any reason, you can create your return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  • For sales items up to 30-45% off, we can only offer exchange for different size, if available. For sale items up to 50% off or more, the sale is final and we cannot offer return or exchange. We guarantee all the sales items match our eligible quality standard.

  • Pre-order items cannot be returned. If there is quality issue, we can arrange an exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with FORME DE FLUIDITÉ garment tags still intact.

  • The cost of shipping for any return is your responsibility. Please contact us at info@forme-de-fluidite.com for return details or any questions.

  • Please mail the returned item back to:

  • Once we have processed your return request and receive your parcel, we will issue your refund via your original payment method or proceed with an exchange within 7 days, provided the returned item is approved.
